Well hello there! I trust you’re doing well. I keep seeing bits of UK news, and have given myself a headache with all the eye rolling I’m doing. 30p Lee?! What the actual f*ck are we coming to?

Well - the internet connection is still iffy - so I have postponed by image uploading until I get back home and can focus a bit more. But panic-not - there is a video for you. It’s kind of like the last one - but with more recent pics n vids.

It’s always annoying on holiday when you get an email from the airline reminding you that online check in is open. It’s like they don’t even care. I’d happily stay here for longer!

So - a bit of a précis of todays video - the titles in the storyboard don’t give me much opportunity to expand and you have 0.8 seconds (close up) to interpret the message. Mind - as a so-called profesh communicator - I should be able to get my message across within the time allotted!

Ooh - tangent - across the green (I am sat tippy typing on the balcony) it’s quiz night. Safe to say I am winning until they come on to football based on the jeering etc. For once I won’t be winning the ‘thick as mince’ award. YAY.

So video - what do we have - well as I say - it’d kinda the usual but a couple of call outs. The building at the start is the apartment I am staying in. Apologies for the washing being out drying! The fancy drink is a Barraquito. Canarian liqueur coffee. Condensed milk (i know!), liquor 43, espresso, milk foam, nutmeg and citrus. They are GORGEOUS! Obviously Cheese Jenga makes an appearance. It’s my fave tapas. With honey and walnuts. Oh and plug sockets in the bathroom. They are my favourite thing! Who wouldn’t risk electrocuting themselves to be able to style and straighten their barnet without traipsing around leaving hair product in their wake…?

And please don’t worry about my taking video in the gym. I am NOT <that> person. This is just for ‘the record’ - and actually its quite good to check out form. It will certainly NOT be happening back in Bristol. It’s not worth being insta famous for that!! Plus here I have the place to myself at 6am. The next people don’t seem to arrive until I am cooling down after workout n spin combo around 7.45.

Finally - the closing shot in the video was taken about 20 mins ago. I am not actually that red. It’s the sunset!

Tomorrow I’m all booked in for tiny tapas dinner (cant have the prawns tho - not the night before I am travelling home - just in case!!). And tonight its steak of some sort. Well, its for the protein bro!

Oh and before I sign off for today - I must shout out the vegan slash vegetarian restaurant mentioned over on the Book of Face. It’s really nice. Don’t get me wrong - I LOVE a burger, a dessert and a creamy cocktail - but nowadays I am minimising those shenanigans - so this place - Tierra Cafe - is an oasis of fruit and veg and healthy tasty options in a sea of all day Full English breakfasts. And they don’t mind if, like me, you’re not vegan! All the cows milk and eggs your little heart could desire!
